The Australia New Zealand Regional Science Association International Inc (ANZRSAI Inc) is part of an international association concerned with all the aspects of regional analysis and development.

With academic origins, it has expanded and evolved to embrace people who implement regional policies and projects.

ANZRSAI Inc. has managed to maintain its appeal to an increasing mixture of members whose backgrounds and professional activities include geography, economics, politics and planning, all with some degree of regional interest.

The implementers have equally diverse backgrounds and employment status, providing a comprehensive mixture of public, private and research interests.

This extraordinary mixture has an unusual, perhaps unique, quality which is the attraction to its members, a feature which accurately reflects the width and dynamics of regionalism itself.
