William Mitchell & Ellen Carlson for their paper Exploring Employment Growth Disparities across Metropolitan and Regional Australia. (published Vol 11, No 1)
Best Paper of the Conference Award to
Paul Dalziel, Hirini Matunga and Caroline Saunders for their paper Cultural Well-being and Local Government: Lessons form New Zealand.
